  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of any delays (due to stock issues, holidays, or unforeseen reasons), customers will be notified by email or phone.

2. Delivery Timeline

We offer delivery across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

  • Mumbai & Nearby Areas: 1–3 working days

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Locations (Pan India): 5–7 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply on orders below the threshold (displayed during checkout).

  • For bulk or custom orders, shipping costs may vary depending on weight and destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with the tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid issues.

6. Packaging

All products are hygienically packed in sealed, tamper-proof, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure freshness and safety during transit.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within India. For large bulk orders or business inquiries outside India, please contact us directly.
